Career Services is partnering with alumnae group, The Penn Arts and Sciences Professional Women’s Alliance (PWA) and the student group, Women in Leadership Series (WILS) to host a unique Career Roundtables event, featuring accomplished College alumnae across many industries.
Students will meet alumnae in small groups for low-pressure, interactive roundtable discussions to provide the opportunity to meet many different alumnae and learn about a wide range of career paths possible with a liberal arts degree, in just one evening’s time.

WILS is partnering with PWA to host a roundtable discussion with 11 notable Penn women alumnae in finance, tech, entertainment, marketing, law, medicine, and more. This exciting event will give you the opportunity to connect with these alumnae in small groups, where they will discuss a “day in the life” of their role, insights on what skills are required, what they look for in new hires, advice on preparing for a career in their field, and challenges and opportunities in their field/position.
Navigating Penn

WILS is holding a panel discussion with six diverse Penn women seniors who participate in a variety of fields. This exciting event will give you the opportunity to talk to seniors about their campus involvement and experiences with different clubs and other opportunities that Penn has to offer. Navigating Penn is open to all students, but will be especially valuable for Freshmen who can learn a lot of insight from talking to experienced seniors! Talking to these women seniors is a great way to help freshmen develop their interests at Penn! Pod will be served! We hope to see you there!
