Emily Jiang, President, is a senior in Wharton concentrating in finance and accounting, with a certificate in Spanish. Emily is on the Penn track team, specializing in long jump and sprints and involved in Delta Delta Delta. Last summer, Emily worked at Morgan Stanley Fixed Income Sales & Trading. The previous summer, she worked at a start-up consulting firm as a business development intern. Emily is originally from Westchester, NY and has lived in Hong Kong and Shanghai as well; she is passionate about traveling, hiking, and restaurant week.

Trisha Miglani, VP Recruitment, is a pre-med junior studying Health and Societies with a concentration in Global Health. She is a member of the University of Pennsylvania's South Asian Fusion Dance Team, the fundraising chair for Timmy Global Health as well as an education committee member of the Penn MedX Program. She is very passionate about health equality and hopes to pursue medicine in her future.

Wallis Hess, VP Internal Development, is a freshman in the College of Arts and Sciences majoring in Politics, Philosophy, and Economic with a minor in French. She is the member of the Women’s Varsity Tennis team and a member of the Kite and Key society. Coming from a small all-girls school, she is very passionate about gender equality and breaking down gender stereotypes. In her free time she enjoys attempting to make baked goods and eating her way through big cities.

Olivia Weis, VP Event Planning, is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences majoring in Economics with a minor in Consumer Psychology. Olivia is also involved with Wharton Retail Club, the Walk, and the Penn Fashion Collective. Last summer, Olivia worked at Barneys New York as a Buying Intern within the Women's Designer RTW department. Olivia is originally form the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania and has lived in Paris and Florence as well. Olivia hopes to pursue a career in the fashion industry in her future.

Pearl Subramanian, VP External, is a pre-med junior studying Health and Societies with a Global Health concentration. Pearl is a tour guide and day host for Penn, a volunteer at Puentes Hacia al Futuro, and the Outreach Chair for Timmy Global Health. She is passionate about equal access to education globally, and developmental disabilities.  Pearl loves to travel and volunteer and in the future, she hopes to be a pediatric neurologist specializing in the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Lisa Zou, VP Finance, is a sophomore studying management in Wharton with minors in Math and English. She is originally from Arizona. Lisa previously interned with Performance Based Studies Research Group (PBSRG). On campus, she is involved with Penn Undergraduate Math Society and Wharton China Business Society. In her free time, she writes poetry and has been recognized by the Library of Congress and The Poetry Society of UK.

Beste Balki, VP Operations is a sophomore in Wharton concentrating in Marketing and Management with a minor in French. Other than WILS, Beste is also involved in Wharton Retail Club and Wharton Undergraduate Giving Society. She has been a social media marketing intern at the Marketing & Communications department at Wharton since freshman year. She is very passionate about women's economic empowerment and wants to start her own company one day. Beste is originally from Istanbul, Turkey and she loves traveling, trying new restaurants and photography.
